- Heat the oil in a kadai add carom seed, mustard seed after crackle of seed then add curry leaves, garlic chopped saute till 30 sec t
- Then add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli saute till light brown
- Then add tomato saute for one min then add dry masala,sugar and salt cook for 2 min till the tomato get soft
- Then add 2 cup water then mix it well cover with lid cook for 6-7 min in medium flame
- After that tomato Shak is ready to serve
- Take a bowl pour the tomato Shak spread sev garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Serve with bread, pav and chapati
