  6. In a pot drizzle 2 tbsp oil and add chopped garlic followed by tomato puree. Cook for 5 minutes and then add salt, red chilli flakes, pepper and vinegar and give it a good mix.
  7. Add the veggies, eggs and boiled spaghetti to the tomato mixture and mix evenly. Add some more spring onion leaves (green part) and mix nicely until the chowmein is well incorporated.
