  1. For moon dal batter : Soak the dal for 4,5 hrs. Drain the water and add green chilly, ginger, garlic, salt, red chilly powder and grind it. Our batter is ready.
  2. Now take a tomato and remove its seeds (middle portion), and cut it in ring shapes (circular).
  3. Now heat the pan, sprinkle some oil in it, keep the tomato rings.
  4. Pour the moong dal batter in middle of tomato rings.
  5. Cook from both sides by flipping it.
  6. Take out in a plate. Garnish with tomato sauce and barik sev. Sprinkle some chat masala on it. Serve it immediately.
