I also make it in several ways, sometimes I add water to the spinach and make it like a curry and then add potatoes to it, like in this Instant Pot version.   3. Now keep this for steaming for 20 mins… Later insert tooth pick or knife to see it is properly steamed or not… As it is steamed toothpick or knife will come out glean… If its sticky keep more 5 minutes… As it is steamed… Remove it let it cool and tha cut into pieces
  4. Heat up oil… And deep fry these wadi… Serve hot with sauce or chutney and enjoy palak wadi
