  1. First soak cheakpea overnight and put salt and cheakpea in cooker and let it whistle 6
  2. In a mixture make a gravy of onion and garlic ginger green chillies and tomato and beet
  3. In a pan heat oil add aesofotedia and cumin and mustard seeds add gravy and add dry Masala….and cook till oil separates
  4. Now add water and cook for 15 minutes and cheakpea and salt…..
  5. Serve hot with puri and rice…..adding beet gives it hotel style chole colour
