The ingredients needed to make Palak paneer:
  1. Prepare 1 cup spinach
  2. Get ,2-3 tbsp cream/curd,salt to taste

  7. Prepare 1/2 cumin powder,
  8. Take 1tsp red chilli powder,

  11. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  13. Take 1-2 tbsp butter/oil
  14. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  15. Make ready ,2tbsp wheat flour(optional)
  16. Take 1 chopped onion,
  17. Get 2 tomatoes finely chopped
Instructions to make Palak paneer:
  1. First take a pan and put one cup of water after water boiling.put your spinach leaves and let it boil for 4 min..to retain the colour add a pinch of sugar.after 4 min switch off the flames immediately put in glander and put cold water in it and strain it
  2. After cool down then ground down into a smooth paste..later on take a pan heat it up add chopped onion,green chilli,cashew and garlic.and saute for a while till the onion become transculent and soft..let it be cover for 15 min.after 15 min switch off the flame cool down and make a fine paste without using water
  3. Then again heat up a pan add 1-2 tbsp butter/ oil when it heat up add cumin seed when it splutter add ginger garlic paste saute for a while then add your chopped tomatoes, and let it be cooked for 10- min till our tomatoes become soft and mushy..after then add our onion paste.and cook for a second..then add your spinach puree..after then add your all spieces.and let it cook for a while and cover it abt 10-15 min to enhance the taste add 2 tbsp of curd..beat the curd then add properly…
  4. After a second when palak cooked properly and it start bubbling.add your paneer cubes cook for 5-10 min..after 10 min it's done garnishing it with fresh cream(note.if you dont have cashew then add 2 tbsp of wheat flour..it thickens the gravy and taste also enchanse).our delicious palak paneer is ready to serve enjoy it with Parantha,ya nana
