Palak Curry is prepared using spinach. In this recipe we have not boiled the palak and pureed it. So it does not lose any of its nutritional values. Spinach potato curry (aloo palak) is ready.

Steps to make Paalak gatta curry:
  1. Add all ingredients of gatta in a bowl
  2. Wash paalak and make puree
  3. Add it in desan
  4. Add all spices and make dough
  5. Divide dough in 2 parts and roll in length with palm
  6. Boil water and add rolled gatta in water
  7. And boil them
  8. When boil take them out and cut in equal parts
  9. Save gatta water
  10. Heat oil in kadhai add whole masala in oil
  11. Add curry leaves
  12. Mix all spices in curd
  13. When jeera splutter add ginger and onion and saute
  14. Add curd and stir continuously
  15. When it leaves oil add gatta
  16. Cook a little and add garam masala
  17. Our vegetable is ready
