Palak Curry is prepared using spinach. In this recipe we have not boiled the palak and pureed it. So it does not lose any of its nutritional values. Spinach potato curry (aloo palak) is ready.
Instructions to make Paalak gatta curry:
- Add all ingredients of gatta in a bowl
- Wash paalak and make puree
- Add it in desan
- Add all spices and make dough
- Divide dough in 2 parts and roll in length with palm
- Boil water and add rolled gatta in water
- And boil them
- When boil take them out and cut in equal parts
- Save gatta water
- Heat oil in kadhai add whole masala in oil
- Add curry leaves
- Mix all spices in curd
- When jeera splutter add ginger and onion and saute
- Add curd and stir continuously
- When it leaves oil add gatta
- Cook a little and add garam masala
- Our vegetable is ready
To Serve: Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds to garnish. Serve aloo palak hot with chapatis/boiled rice. Keyword: indian curry, kofta curry, palak paneer.
