- Once cooked & tender transfer it into plate.
- Now in leftover oil add grated tomatoes. Saute until water evaporates. Add leftover Masala. Saute it 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Pour tomato Masala in dish. Place fried bhindi. Serve hot with puri, chapati or Nan.
The only prep work you have to do is to slit the okra and then stuff them with a spice mix. That's pretty much it, there's nothing else to chop or.
