- After cooling strain out all the water from spinach and blend the spinach and all the spices well. Keep the strained water aside.
- Now again take a wok and add blended spinach and add strained water into it and let it boil and add salt to taste into it.
- At the end when it starts boiling add milk into it and let it boil once and it is ready to serve.
