- Was both daals 2-3 times. Soak in water for 20 minutes.
- Wash spinach under the running water. Cut it nicely, Remove it's stems.
- In a pressure cooker add both daals, spinach pinch of salt, turmeric powder and 2 cups water. Pressure cook it for 3-4 whistle. Check, perfectly cooked or not.
- Take a frying pan heat ghee. Add cumim seeds, green chilli and hing, stir it. Now add ginger garlic paste and onions, cook till onions become brown. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder garam masala and salt to taste. Mix all things. Cook on low -medium flame.
- When tadka starts releasing ghee add cooked daal. Stir and mix. Add water to maintain consistancy. Cook it for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
- Turn off the flame. Serve Daal Palak with garma -garam chapati.
