  6. Add butter, sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, italian seasoning (about 1 tbl spoon) & garlic powder (about 1 tbl spoon) to "guys" & mash like you're making mashed potatoes. You can add more or less filler, & even add green onions & bacon!
  7. Scoop the mashed potato mixture back into the potatoes & top with cheese.
  8. Bake an additional 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
  9. Enjoy!!!
