- When palak is cooled blend it with green chilli, tomato and ginger
- Heat up pan add oil then cumin then asafoetida then nutmeg powder and add palak paste once it starts boiling add besan, salt and stir nicely so that no lumps are formed(another way of adding besan is to add water to besan and make a lump-free paste)
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 more mins on slow flame.
- Finally, add potato wedges and chilli flakes and serve hot.
