- Once seeds crackle, add dry red chilli, green chilli.
- Add hing, onion and saute for 5 mins.
- Add chopped garlic and saute for few seconds.
- Now add the chopped tomatoes, cover the lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes or till tomatoes become soft.
- Add all the dry masalas.
- Add 1/2 cup water and stir well for 5 mins.
- Switch off the flame and add the coriander leaves.
- Add the Sev before serving.
