- At first blanch palak.
- Now take half of blanched palak and grind it into smooth paste. Chop the remaining palak.
- In a kadai, heat oil,add jeera, bay leaf,onion and 1tsf of garlic. Roast till garlic and onion turns brown.
- Now add chopped palak and stirfry for 3-4min
- Now add palak puree, salt and garam masala. Let the sabji cook for 5min.
- To finish the recipe, add curd, mix well and switch off the flame.
- Remove the sabji into serving bowl.
- For tempering, heat ghee in a small add garlic and red chilli. Fry for 2min. Add this tempering over the sabji and serve hot with roti or phulka.
