- Drop the cookies on parchment paper placed on microwave safe plate/tray
- Using spatula, slightly flatten it. Do not flatten it completely as total flattening will make it harden in microwave, it should be thick at centre
- Top cookies with remaining chocolate chip, this gives it beautiful appearance
- Microwave on high for 2 min 30 seconds. Keep an eye on cookies from 2nd minute. Depending on the Microwave capacity, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly
- Microwave Cookies will harden on cooling, it should be consumed immediately, best served warm
