- Soak rice in water for 15 minutes.Take 1 Cup plalak make paste and 1 Cup palak chopped it.
- Heat oil in pan. Add jeera and all whole spice in oil.
- Now Add onion and saute it till turns light brown.
- Add ginger-garlic and green chilli powder as - paste.
- Add spinach puree, chopped spinach and sweet corn.
- Stir it for 2 minutes.
- Drain excess water from soaked rice and add into the cooked mixture.
- Add 1 and 1/2 cups water and salt.Cover it and Cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Palak corn rice is ready to serve.
