When I make shev bhaji at my home I have to make extra chapattis or bhakri (ज्वारीची भाकरी / बाजरीची भाकरी jawar or bajra roti). My mom use to make gravy masala of shevechi bhaji on pata- warwanta(पाटा वरवंटा ) & always made it in Iron Kadhai. Shev bhaji is a popular Maharashtrian dish. Shev is added to spicy gravy and served with slice bread.

Steps to make Sev bhaji:
  1. Take a pan and heat oil add jeera in it
  2. Now add chopped green chilli and onion.
  3. Cook until it's colour become brown
  4. Now add chopped tomato.and cook for 2-3min
  5. Now add all the spices.cook it for 2_3 min
  6. Now add 1 cup water and after boiling water add sev bhaji andcover the pan for 5 to 8 min.
