- Add 1/2cup of water cover the pan and cook it for 2-3 min on medium flame.Open the lid and stir.
- Turn off the flame add coriander leaves and Sev bhujiya stir it.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.sabzi is ready.Serve hot with roti or paratha.
