- Now take a pan heat enough oil for frying. Wash green chillies with water. Put potatoes mixture around the chillies. Dip one by one chilli in the besan batter and fry them until they get golden colour.
- Drain out the water from potato slices and dip them also in the batter one by one and fry them until they get golden brown colour
- Now take paneer sandwiches and dip them also in batter one by one and fry them until they get golden brown colour.
- Now all your fritters or pakoras are ready. Serve them hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
