  1. Heat oil in a pot add chopped potato pieces and fry for few minutes, put it on kitchen towel after frying.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan then add chopped onion and cook it till the onion gets light golden.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for few second.
  4. Then add chopped tomatoes, mushroom,green peas, green chillies, fry potato,garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt mix it well.
  5. Cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.
  6. Then add 1/4 cup of water and cook on low flame till gravy gets thick.
