- Clean and chopped all the vegetables.
- Boil the potatoes Peal it and chopped it.
- In a pan on a medium flame on gas add 1spoon oil when it is heated toss the chopped mushroom for 4 to 5 mins put it aside fry the potatoes in hot oil.
- Again put 3spoon oil in a pan add jeera in the hot oil, when it sizzles add onion and chilli when it turns golden brown add all the spices and chopped tomato and salt and roasted it on a medium flame.
- After roasting the oil comes out in 10 mins add potato mushroom and required water in the pan when the gravy becomes thick add coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with rice nan or chapati
