  9. Microwave on high for 2 min 30 seconds. Keep an eye on cookies from 2nd minute. Depending on the Microwave capacity, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool slightly
  11. Microwave Cookies will harden on cooling, it should be consumed immediately, best served warm
