  9. . Now add ¼ cup water and mix well
  10. Heat a bowl and add 1 tbsp oil and add merinated veggies and fry 3 to 4 min on medium to low flame
  11. Heat a same pan and add some spices and jeera
  12. Add dry masala paste and make x well and add 4 tbsp watre and fry 1 min on low flame
  13. Add paste and mix well. Now add ½ cup water and cover & cook 7 to 8 min on low flame
  14. After 7 min add kasuri meethi and add veggies
  15. Now add ½ cup water and cover and cook 4 to 5 min on low flame
  16. Add coriander and serve
