  2. When the onions go brown, mix the masala powders in some water: tumeric, cumin, coriander, chilli, and pour into the pan

  4. I cooked the potatoes in the microwave for a few minutes and tossed it into the pan
  5. Add 1 cup of water, the coconut milk and cook on medium heat
  6. After a couple of minutes, I added the garam masala and salt and mixed well
  7. I made slits on the eggs and placed them in the curry
  8. I made sure they were immersed, so the curry goes into the eggs
  9. I let this simmer for a few minutes and garnished it with some coriander
  10. Serve this with some steamed rice
