  9. Now add garlic n onion paste.. Saute them for two min.. Add ginger paste . Tomato puree.. Add all dry ingredients..except garam masala.. Stir continuously…
  10. Wen all spices starts to release oil… Add two cups of water. Cover the lid. Cook for ten minutes.
  11. Now open the lid. Check potato become soft.. Then add omelet pieces.. Cook for two minutes without lid.
  12. Now take out.. Off the fire.. Sprinkle garam masala n garnish with cilantro.
  13. Serve with hot steamed rice..
