  18. Get 1 teaspoon red Chilli flakes
  19. Get 1-2 fresh chopped red or green chillies
  20. Get 1 handful chopped mint leaves
  21. Prepare 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  22. Get 1 teaspoon Sugar

  24. Make ready 1 teaspoon Cornflour

  12. Add salt, sugar and red chilli flakes.
  13. Cook the gravy for about 5 minutes to thicken it.
  14. Add the prepared koftas and mint leaves.
  15. Stir gently. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  16. Take 1 teaspoon of Cornflour and mix with 2 tablespoons of water.
  17. Add the mixture to the kofta curry and mix.
  18. When the gravy comes to desired consistency, check the seasoning and remove from heat.
  19. It will taste sweet, sour and little pungent with citrusy flavour.
  20. Serve this sweet and sour kofta curry with steam rice or chapati.
