This is almost same as restaurant style popular Indo chinese chilli mushroom except the mushrooms are not deep fried here. To make the restaurant style chilli mushroom recipe, mushrooms are battered and then fried.

  2. Take 1 cup Onion slices

  12. Make ready 1 tbsp Cornflower

Heal oil and butter in large frying pan. Nutritionally, mushrooms are rich in essential trace minerals and protein. Steps to make Chilli Mushroom:
  1. In a mixing bowl add the mushroom with egg, soya sauce 1 tbsp,cornflower 1 tsp & salt and mix and marinated atlist 1 hour.
  2. Heat 500 gm oil in a pan and add the mushroom for deep fry.
  3. Heat oil in a another pan add garlick & then add onion & capcicum & stir.
  4. Add salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce and fried mushroom and nice stir.
  5. Add little bit water and cornflower.

Chilli Garlic Mushroom is one of those recipes that you can make in a jiffy without ofcourse compromising on taste and flavour. If desired, top with sour cream and green onions.
