  27. Take 2 Tbsp cornflour mixed in 1 cup water

  4. Heat oil in a wok and add whole red chillies, chopped garlic and stir fry. Add tomato sauce, vinegar, chilli paste, sugar and salt. Stir in the vegetable stock and cook on high heat.
  5. Add capsicums, onion and spring onion and cook for 2 mins. Stir in cornflour mixture and cook till it’s a thick gravy.
  6. Add deep fried mushrooms and toss well to coat. Drizzle the sesame oil and sprinkle chilli flakes
  7. Plate and enjoy with steamed rice or noodles or on it's own as a side dish

I have already posted the Chilli Paneer Recipe with paneer and green chilies,however i want to make slight variation for chilly mushroom,so i have added dry red chillies. It makes a great appetizer for parties and very. Spicy chilli mushroom gravy which is so delicious. It was yummy, thats what i can say. I love all indo chinese foods, they are lip smackingly good.
