Chilli Mushroom is a very spicy recipe. Cover and cook on low flame till vegetables turn tender crisp. Serve Chili Mushroom hot with noodles or fried rice. It was yummy, thats what i can say.
Instructions to make Chilli mushroom:
- Grind all the ginger garlich and green chilli in grinder
- Blanch the mushroom for 3-4 min in water now add cornflour maida half of ginger garlic and chilli paste and red chilli powder
- Coat them well and now fry it
- Now fry half of ginger garlic chilli paste,add onions, add capsicum add all four sauce soy, green, tomato and schezwan
- Add cornflour and maida (a liquid of 1 tbsp cornflour + maida in 1/2 cup water) in water now pour in it and lastely add salt and and fried mushroom and make one boil
- And now it's ready to serve
