  2. Now heat the oil in kdai.Add tej patta, Jeera, Kala jeera,when splutters add clove, dalchini and elaichi. Then add tomato puree. Ginger paste and green chilli. Add dhania powder, haldi, red chilli powder and little salt.Cook till masala leaves oil. Add cooked chole and give a good mix…. Add water a adjust the consistency according to need. Cook till chole gets denser.At last add 1tbs crushed Kasuri methi and Garam Marsala
  3. Ur chole r ready for chatt
  4. For stuffing grind the fresh peas fine. Heat oil. Add jeera and heeng.then add peas paste. Add all the dry masala and make a spicy filling adding dhania powder, ginger green chilli paste,garam masala. Lastly add sattu so that sogginess goes away.ur green peas stuffing is ready
  5. For making tikkia boil potatoes. Mash or grate them evenly so that tikkias r made evenly add all the spices and make a smooth dough like
  6. Now grease ur hands with oil and make tikkis filling the peas stuffing in middle
  7. Now heat the griddle and cook the tikkis golden brown from both sides adding little oil on sides. Press them gently. And cook tikkis r ready for plating
  8. First keep the tikkis.spread both chutney on it.then chole.then grated carrots bhuna jeera salt.add again both the chutney.garnish with chopped onions, nylon sev,pomegranate Daane and green coriander..
