- Add the vinegar and simmer for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, the mixture would become slightly dry and the oil would start to float out completely. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool for an hour.
- Transfer the Spicy Prawns Pickle to a sterilized container. You can store it in refrigerator for upto a month.
