You only need three ingredients for naturally-sweet, fluffy, and satisfying pancakes. Combine the rice flour, plant-based milk, and ripe banana in a high-speed blender like a Blendtec or a Vitamix.

- Wash rice and fill the water in a bowl and keep aside for 1 hour.Now take a mixture jar,add rice,curd,green chilli and ginger, and grind it to make a fine paste.Than boil 1 potato in pressure cooker and peel the potato and cool it and mashed the potato
- Now take a bowl and add batter and mashed potato than chopped all veggies and mix in rice batter,mix it well.
- Now add some water,red chilli powder, cumin powder,black pepper powder, salt and mix well,now take a tawa put it on gas on low flame now grease the tawa and pour batter on it grease with oil from all sides, cook fromboth side until golden brown
- Crisp them,rice pancake is ready to serve with green chutney or ketchup
Maybe in the rice batter or a better variation would be to turn the rice pancake into french toast rice pancake n do some eggs, milk, the pancake mix as the french toast batter and wait til the rice pancakes cool and coat them with the batter n fry it up like french toast(can also be tweaked for sweet or savory). Use a fork to mash the rice a little or you can blend it a little with the milk but you want some graininess to give the pancakes their special texture. After the rice has been mashed a little, then add the rest of the ingredients. Use a whisk to stir everything up. Very easy pancake recipe that is gluten free and good for people that are lactose intolerant My husband is very picky and he really enjoyed.
